Our thorough recruitment process begins with an in-depth examination of our client’s culture, structure, project scope, gaps, and needs. The team is then able to get underway with their search for the right candidates. Headhunting, interviewing prospects and assessing their suitability for the role before consolidating the applicants and submitting to the client. The final product is a deck of 5 shortlisted candidates, with their CV’s, their personal bio, our assessment results, and consultancy comments. Following a debrief with the client, their selection process begins with final interviews carried out, placement of the new team member and, of course, follow up on the mobilization and probation period to ensure sustainability, a seamless and smooth transition for all parties involved.
Nationalization
ITH has taken a proactive approach over the past number of years to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the nationalization push happening in the KSA, the UAE, Oman and the rest of the region to some extent. By doing so, we’ve gained invaluable expertise in helping companies make that gradual shift towards a more nationalized workforce and achieve their nationalization quotas.
