Company Brief:
Our client is a leading Insurance Group based in Beirut, Lebanon seeking to recruit “Unit Managers” with high experience in the Life Insurance Line. The position will be reporting to the CMO.
Job Requirements:
- The Unit Manager will be responsible for running their respective units which include and not limited to management and training of sales agents
- Deliver new business as per the set budgets
- Retention of existing business and clients
- Maintain and grow the relationship with the clients and agents
- Setting out relevant plans for the unit
- Recruitment and retention of sales agents
- Implementation of training programs to support skills development and competence
- Administration, coaching and market development
- Effective monitoring and evaluation of the sales agents
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A good listener with time management skills
- Able to plan and organize meetings and activities for the unit
- Able to build and bond together a team
- Able to handle and resolve conflicts
- Market intelligence and business development skills
- Leadership ability with marketing and sales skills
- Knowledge of legislation governing insurance in Lebanon
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related filed
- Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in Life insurance
