Company Brief:
Our client is a leading Insurance company in KSA seeking to recruit a Saudi “Senior Internal Auditor” to be based in Al Khobar, KSA. The position will be reporting to the Internal Audit Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration
• 3-5 years of internal audit experience
• Knowledge of Insurance concepts, practices and Operation
• Well versed with Regulatory requirement and environment
• Prepare or contribute to the preparation of work plans (including risk assessment and audit program for assurance and or consulting engagements)
• Conduct discussion of preliminary nature with audited operations.
• Conduct in accordance with IIA standards segments of financial, operational and compliance audits of complex operations.
• Obtain required information directly or indirectly through examination of records or interview with staff.
• For the processes audited, review and evaluate the system of management controls and assess their adequacy and effectiveness and, wherever appropriate, draft potential recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare working papers documenting adequately works performed.
• Draft segment of Internal Audit report and communication on the result of work performed for the review of Internal Audit Manager.
• Assess the reliability and effective user of internal controls and assist in reviewing administrative procedures.
• Interact frequently with business process owners to discuss aspects of internal controls, efficiency improvements and proper governance.
• Perform other ad-hoc activities as requested by Internal Audit Manager.
